Event Code: 802
Message: Port module shutdown due to thermal violation.
Severity: Major.
Explanation: A UPM failed and was powered off because of excessive heat. This event follows an indication that the hot
temperature threshold was reached or exceeded (event code 801).
Action: Replace the failed UPM with a functional UPM of the same type. Perform the data collection procedure and return
the CD and faulty card to McDATA support personnel.
