Maintenence Analysis Procedures
MAP 0400: FRU Failure Analysis
This MAP describes fault isolation for product FRUs. The failure
indicator is:
• Illumination of the associated amber LED.
• Event codes observed at the Event Log (EFCM Basic Edition or
Element Manager interface).

414 Backup CTP card failed. Go to step 6.
420 Backup CTP card NV-RAM failure. Go to step 6.
426 Multiple ECC single-bit errors occurred. Go to step 4.
433 Non-recoverable Ethernet fault. Go to step 6.
440 Embedded port hardware failed. Go to step 6.
604 SBAR assembly failure. Go to step 8.
605 SBAR assembly revision not supported. Go to step 7.
607 Director contains no operational SBAR assemblies. Go to step 8.
620 SBAR fan failure. Go to step 8.
805 High temperature warning (SBAR assembly thermal
sensor).
