The status of each component indicates the difference in configuration of the component with respect to the actual setting as per

the policy applied.

• Absent in target policy - means component is present on the endpoint, but the settings for it are not contained in the

policy applied by ESM. The administrator can apply a different policy imported from a different source that contains

settings for all the components.
