CD[7:0]
These 8 bits are the D/A code inputs for the analog-front DAC08 offset calibration DAC.
Complimentary current outputs of the DAC08 are equal at mid-scale, 7Fh. This should
be the default, non-calibrated value.

1 = Offset DAC conversions enabled.
0 = Offset DAC conversions disabled (last value held).

These bits select the calibration sources available for the ADC front end (Table 6-9).
