b) Basic functions
"ON/OFF” button
Turn the LED light writing on or off with this button.
TIME/DATE
After pressing this button, the time and then the date are displayed. Press the button "ESC" to return to normal
operation.
"Q-PROG" button
Here you can program a simple message.
Press "Q-PROG". If a message is already running, it is stopped.
An input line appears. Enter a message with the keypad, e.g. "HELLO" and then a blank space with the button
"SPACE".
Delete wrong letters by pressing "DEL".
Press ENTER to start the display of the message.
"SHIFT" button
With this button, you can switch between capital letters and small caps as well as the additional characters imprinted
above the input keys. A dot next to the input line shows you in which input level you are (small caps, capital letters,
etc.).
Button "EUROP CHAR"
Provides special types of characters, e.g. German umlauts, etc.
First enter the basic letter, e.g. A or a. Now press the button "EUROP CHAR" several times until the desired special
form appears.
"RUN PAGE" button
If you have already saved several pages (26 available, A to Z, manual via IR remote control or computer), you can play
these back here.
After pressing the button "RUN PAGE", a present playback is stopped and the LED light writing waits for your input. If
a certain message is saved e.g. on page "E", enter "E" and start playback by pressing "ENTER".
If you want to play back several pages in sequence, you can also enter several pages after pressing "RUN PAGE",
e.g. "EFAGDZ" (if messages were already programmed on these pages).
