Apply a penetrating lubricant liberally to all exhaust fasteners, hangers and rubber insulators. 2. Cut the exhaust in front of the muffler so that it can be removed from the vehicle. Refer to Figure 1. 3. Remove the nuts from the studs holding the front flange together and disconnect the exhaust system. Refer to Figure 2.
2. Slide a 2 ½” Clamp over the Extension Pipe and install the Muffler onto the Extension Pipe. Attach the Muffler to the existing rubber insulators. Refer to Figure 5. Figure 5 3. Slide two 2 ½” Clamps over the outlets of the Muffler. Position the Passenger Side Tail Pipe and loosely attach it to the Muffler Assembly. Install the Passenger Side Tail Pipe hanger into the existing rubber insulator. Refer to Figure 6. Figure 6 4. Loosely install the Over Axle Pipe to the Muffler Assembly. Refer to Figure 7.
7. Slide a 2 ½” Clamp onto the Cross Pipe and then attach the Driver Side Tail Pipe hanger into the Hanger Assembly and to the Cross Pipe. Refer to Figure 10. Figure 10 8. Install and adjust the Exhaust Tips to suit. Using a 17mm wrench tighten the lock bolt located on each Exhaust Tip. Refer to Figure 11. 9. Align the exhaust as required. Starting at the front of the exhaust, tighten all clamps and connections. Figure 11 10.
