Licensed machine code

This product contains, or is provided together with, code which is licensed to

the user, not sold. That code is copyrighted and may be the property of IBM, its

supplier(s) or other third parties. You are authorized to use the code to the extent

set forth in the applicable license agreement(s) provided with the product. You

may also obtain a copy of applicable license agreement by contacting your IBM

representative.

Current license terms for the machine code provided with this product prohibit

transfer of the machine code without approval from NetApp.

IBM may release changes to the machine code. IBM plans to make the machine

code changes available for download from the IBM System Storage technical support

website

If the machine does not function as warranted and your problem can be resolved

through your application of downloadable machine code, you are responsible for

downloading and installing these designated machine code changes as IBM specifies.

If you would prefer, you may request IBM to install downloadable machine code

changes; however, you may be charged for that service.

Educational allowance

A reduced charge is available to qualified education customers. The educational

allowance may not be added to any other discount or allowance.

The educational allowance is 15% for the products in this announcement.
