The PoE series NVR provides up to 8 PoE interfaces which can connect to 8 network cameras directly; and if you disable the PoE interface, you can also connect to the online network cameras. And the PoE interface supports the Plug-and-Play function.

The NVR automatically enters Live View mode when powered on. Live View Icons In the live view mode, there are icons at the right top of the screen for each channel, showing the status of the record and alarm in the channel, so that you can know whether the channel is recorded, or whether there are alarms occur as soon as possible. The functions are listed below. • • • Single Screen: showing only one screen on the monitor. Multi-screen: showing multiple screens on the monitor simultaneously. Auto-switch: the screen is auto switched to the next one. And you must set the dwell time for each screen on the configuration menu before enabling the auto-switch. In the live view mode, once a motion detection event takes place, the NVR can analyze it and do many actions to handle it. Enabling motion detection function can trigger certain channels to start recording, or trigger full screen monitoring, audio warning, notify the surveillance center and so on.
