Disassembly Procedures

Note: Arrow Direction for the Left and Right Timing
Marks. The point of the triangle on the right
Tumbler must align between the 2 points of the
left Tumbler along the base of the triangle. Any
other configuration such as the two flat sides
aligned, or the points of the triangle facing each
other, indicates two left or right side Tumblers.
Replace one of the Tumblers.
Identify left and right Tumbler location by the “L”
and “R” visible in the bottom of the Spinner when
the Tumbler is removed.

NOTE: Teeth On Journal Lock Into The Tumbler To
Prevent Rotation.
Tumbler Bearing Removal
1. Disconnect power supply to unit.
2. Lift lid.
3. Remove Tumbler.
4. Remove Torx™ screws 3 each side.
