I understand my purchase of a qualifying new Maytag

appliance from an authorized Canadian Maytag appliance retail

dealer includes a 30 Day Money-Back Performance Guarantee. If I am not completely satisﬁed with the performance of

my new Maytag Appliance, Whirlpool Canada LP will refund me the full purchase price and remove the appliance from

my home, provided I initiate the claim within 30 days of receiving delivery. Full purchase price includes applicable taxes

but excludes ﬁnance charges, any costs incurred in connection with removal of the previous appliance and/or the cost

of delivery and installation of the qualifying Maytag

appliance(s).

1-800-807-6777 to initiate the process for your 30 Day Money-Back Performance Guarantee claim. Offer is available to

Canadian residents only. Whirlpool Canada LP is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged forms. All

submitted proofs become the property of Whirlpool Canada LP and cannot be returned.

EXCLUSIONS: Accessories and second channel products are excluded and do not qualify for the 30 Day

Money-Back Performance Guarantee. This Performance Guarantee is not valid on bulk or multi-unit sales to apartments,

condominiums, subdivisions or wholesalers. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, chips, discolouration and

other damage to the appliance ﬁnishes are excluded and do not qualify for the 30 Day Money-Back Performance

Guarantee. Cosmetic damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery to Whirlpool Canada Service

(1-800-807-6777) to schedule service and/or order parts.
