All connections for the HandHeld are easily located at the bottom of the HandHeld:

1. Stereo headphone connector, switches off the internal loudspeaker when a headphone
connector is inserted.
2. Multi I/O, for interfacing with external microphones and Docking Station. This connector is
coded and recognizes which cable is inserted and the HandHeld will automatically be
setup for this cable. This setup is done according this table:

Mono Stereo
No Cable Internal Microphone L = Internal Microphone
R = Internal Microphone
Mono Cable External Microphone or Line L = Internal Microphone
R = ExternalMicrophone or Line
