INSTALLATIONS:
1. Turn off power at the corresponding circuit breaker.
2. Carefully disconnect and remove the old light fixture.
3. Locate and pull out the supply wires (#3#8#9) from the outlet box (#1).
4. Install the cross bar (#2) on the outlet box (#1) by using the machine tapping screw
(#6).Avoid pressing the wires (#3#8#9).
5. Make the wiring connections by using twist-on wire nuts (#4).Do not leave bare
conductors exposed.
Connect the white fixture wire (#11) to the white supply wire (#8)
Connect the black fixture wire (#5) to the black supply wire (#3)
Connect the green fixture ground wire (#10) to the green ground wire (#9).If you don’t
have a green ground wire, please consult a qualified electrician.
6. Adjust the upper cross bar (#2) to be in a horizontal position.
7. Insert the M4*14 machine tapping screw (#7) through the hole in the back plate (#13)
of the fixture, and tighten by using the M4*7 hand nuts (#12).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid fire, shock, or death. Disconnect power at circuit breaker or fuse before the installation.
Wear gloves to prevent cuts/abrasions from sharp edges when removing from carton,handling,
and maintaining this fixture.
WARNING:
This fixture must be wired in accordance with the National Electric Code and applicable local
codes or ordinance.
If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, please consult a qualified
electrician.
To insure personal safety, proper grounding is required.
