Scene Scale
Units system transformation coef. between the host and M~R.
- Set it 1.00 and set your max units to m
- Set it 0.01 and set your max units to cm
- Set it 0.001 and set your max units to mm
- Set it 0.0254 and set your max units to inches
To set your max units go Customize / Units setup and click
System Units Setup, tell 1 unit equals to what. (eg. cm)
If you also want to read the units beside your objects' parameters
then set Display Unit Scale as the same. (eg. cm)
Num Threads
Number of CPUs to be armed while rendering. Hyperthreading
CPUs are treated as 2 threads.
Show info window
Launches an output console window displaying info about the
scene elements and process of rendering.

MXS Export Options
Render Layers Options
Launch render after saving MXS
If checked, rendering will start after exporting MXS.

Location to save Maxwell Scene file.
Render Output Sequence

Save Render Channel (rgb)
Exports an RGB image.
Save Alpha Channel
Exports an alpha image for compositing purposes.

Exports an depth image for advanced compositing purposes.

Exports an cosCamera image.
Bitmap region options
Use Bitmap render region
You can load a mask bitmap for the pixels to be rendered.
Edit
You can define command line parameters to be executed with
mxcl.exe (eg. -d switch works for the display, you may also
add -th:0 for detecting CPUs automatically and -mxi:w for
resuming with -mxi:c later.) The undefined parameters will be
sent internally within MXS file.
