WARRANTY PROCEDURES:
STEP 1
Consult the "trouble shoo ng"guide supplied and follow ALL check
points.
STEP 2
Contact Maxwa Power Products for technical assistance prior to
booking your generator in for repairs.
STEP 3
Take the generator and your "proof of purchase"either to the store
you purchased the generator from, or to the nearest accredited
service agent OR alterna
vely contact us on www.maxwatt.com.au.
STEP 4
Do not a empt to deal directly with a non-accredited service agent
as this will nullify your warranty.
STEP 5
You will be required to provide proof of services as set out in the
operator's manual unless the generator has run for >20 hours.
STEP 6
The repair will take approximtely 14 days from the date that the
generator is received by the service agent.
STEP 7
Please contact Maxwa Power Products for a progress update on
the repairs of the generator.
