2. Choose the number of historical versions from the pop-up menu.
By default, 5 historical versions of each file are stored.
Delete History
This deletes all but the most current historical version of each backed-up
file, creating extra space on your Shared Storage Drive.
1. Click Delete History.
The deletion begins.
