1-Year Warranty
XStreamRFModemsfromMaxStream,Inc.(theʺProductʺ)arewarrantedagainstdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipundernormaluse,foraperiodof1‐yearfromthedateofpurchase.Intheeventof
aproductfailureduetomaterialsorworkmanship,MaxStreamwillrepairorreplacethedefective
product.
Forwarrantyservice,returnthedefectiveproducttoMaxStream,shippingprepaid,for
promptrepairorreplacement.
TheforegoingsetsforththefullextentofMaxStreamʹswarrantiesregardingtheProduct.Repairor
replacementatMaxStreamʹsoptionistheexclusiveremedy.THISWARRANTYISGIVENINLIEU
