The Hook
The Tag-Along Light has an included hook built in the backside
of the light. To access the hook:
1. Remove the light from the mounting bracket
2. Grab the edge of the hook, pull out of the light and
rotate to the desired position.
You can use the hook to hang the light from bars, other hooks,
ledges, holes, or any protruding objects around your home.
With the hook the light is perfect for lockers and cabinets.
The Magnets
There are two small magnets on the back of the Tag-Along Light. They are the two small, shiny metal plates you see on the back
once the light is separated from the mounting bracket. Once the mounting bracket is removed, these strong magnets will stick to any
magnetic surface. The mounting bracket must be removed in order for the magnets to be strong enough to stick to another magnetic
surface.

When set to AUTO, light will stay on for roughly 30 seconds after last detected motion.
WARRANTY
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: MAXSA Innovations, LLC warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that this product shall be free of defects in
material and workmanship under normal use and circumstances for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase for use. When the original
consumer/purchaser returns the product pre-paid (consumer pays return shipping) to MAXSA Innovations, LLC, 8412 Cathedral Forest Dr; Fairfax
Station, VA 22039; USA within the warranty period, and if the product is defective, MAXSA Innovations, LLC will at its option repair or replace such. This
warranty shall constitute the sole liability of MAXSA Innovations, LLC concerning the product. MAXSA Innovations, LLC expressly disclaims all other
warranties INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO PERSON,
FIRM, OR COPORATION IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR MAXSA Innovations, LLC ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE AND
USE OF THE PRODUCT. MAXSA Innovations, LLC and agents and distributors will bear no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages
or charges of any kind. Some states do not allow the reclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above disclaimer regarding
incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged or tampered with or if the product
or any such parts have been opened. In all cases of damage during shipment, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and not with MAXSA
Innovations, LLC. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Light does not turn
on when there is
movement in the
detection area.
• Make sure there are no other light sources in the area. Reposition the Tag-Along light as
needed to avoid other light sources.
• The motion sensor is pointed away from the motion. Reposition the light so the motion
sensor faces the direction most motion will occur.
• The switch may be set to OFF or ON. Check the switch to ensure it is set to AUTO.
Light turns on for no
apparent reason (false
trigger)
• Redirect the light so the motion sensor is facing a different direction.
• Heat sources such as dryers, refrigerators, ovens, automobiles and more may trigger the
motion sensor. Redirect the light to avoid any of these sources.
Light does not turn
on at all
• Make sure the switch is not set to OFF.
• If the switch is set to ON, the battery needs to be charged. Turn the light OFF and follow the
instructions for charging the battery in the Operating Your Tag-Along Light.
