CONNECT POWER CABLE TO BATTERY
3. Reconnect power to Liftgate by
reconnecting negative (-) cable
to (-) negative post on battery
(FIG. 33-3).
NOTE: MAXON recommends using dielectric grease on all electrical connections.
1. Disconnect power from Liftgate by
disconnecting negative (-) cable
from negative (-) post on battery
(FIG. 33-1).

To prevent accidental personal injury
and equipment damage, make sure
power is disconnected from Liftgate
while installing parts.

2. Remove nut from positive (+) battery
terminal connector. Connect power
cable to the positive (+) battery terminal
connector (FIG. 33-2). Re-install and
tighten nut.
