WARNING
• Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker before inspecting, installing, removing, or servicing.
• Risk of fire or electric shock: LED retrofit installation requires knowledge of electrical systems of luminaires. If not
qualified, do not attempt to install. Contact a qualified electrician.
• No user serviceable parts inside. To avoid electrical shock, do not disassemble product.
• Not intended for use in emergency light fixtures/exit signs. Not to be exposed directly to weather/water.
• To prevent wiring damage/abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
• Do not make/alter any open holes in enclosure of wiring or electrical components during retrofit installation
• This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the
construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
• Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.
• Ground the fixture to avoid potential electric shocks and to ensure reliable starting.
• Double-check all connections to be sure they are tight and correct.
• Some metal parts in the fixture may have sharp edges. To prevent cuts and scrapes, wear gloves when handling the
parts.
• Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children.
