OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
• Alwaysdisconnectthehosereelfromairsourceafteroperation.
• Alwaysdisconnectairtoolattachedtothehosereelfromair
supply before making any adjustments and changing accessories.
CAUTION!
To avoid damaging the hose reel, always hold on to the air hose while
the air hose is being rewound into the reel drum. Never release your
hand during the air hose rewinding.
NOTE: Always use thread sealant tape (not included) to seal all NPT threaded
fittings for air airtight connection in your air line for best tool operation.
NOTE: This hose reel features 360° rotatable steel base for operators to
control the air hose in various directions of work site without binding or
kinking of air hose.
NOTE: This hose reel features a foldable handle for rewinding air hose and
can be folded back when not in use.
WARNING!
Follow all safety precautions whenever diagnosing or
servicing the hose reel. Disconnect air supply before service.
5. When you are finished using the air hose,
disconnect air supply and disconnect your
air tool from the air hose.
6. To rewind the air hose, use the handle and
slowly turn clockwise to manually rewind
the air hose while holding on to the air hose.
Make sure that the air hose is rewound into
the reel drum neat and even. (Fig. D)
7. Wipe the hose reel clean and re-set the lead
hose into the hose clamp before storage.
MAINTENANCE
1. Always operate the product with care by following the instructions in the manual.
2. Always disconnect air connection hose and air supply when product is not in use.
3. Check air hose for frays and tears.
4. If the product fails, have it repaired or replaced by an authorized technician.
5. When you are not using the product for a long time, wipe it clean with a dry cloth
and store it in a dry and safe place out of reach of children.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES LIKELY SOLUTIONS
Reel drum
cannot be
turned when air
hose is extended
or rewound.
Reel drum is
blocked.
Check air hose and see if it is set neat
and even in the reel drum.
Tool runs slowly
or will not
operate.
1. Low air
pressure.
2. Air pressure
drops.
3. Air hose leaks.
1. Adjust air regulator to the correct
working pressure for tool.
2. Make sure that the air connection
hose is the proper size and length.
Do not use a multiple number of
hoses connected together with quick-
connectttings,whichwillresultin
pressure drops and reduce tool power.
3. Tighten and seal all NPT threads of
hosettingsinyourairlinewith
thread sealant tape. Replace if the
hose is damaged.
