Fill tractor reservoir.

Install C15975 restrictor valve on return line.

Measure and ensure all collars are adjusted
properly.
Repair cylinder.
Replace Pilot Operated Check Valve on side
the problem is occurring.
Install restrictor valve into hydraulic line to
raise unit. Note direction of arrow on valve.
