POP dst Pop Word from the Stack
Description: Pops a single word from the stack (@SP) to the specified dst and decrements the stack pointer
(SP).
Status Flags: S, Z (if dst = Acc or AP or APC)
C, E (if dst = PSF)

POPI dst Pop Word from the Stack Enable Interrupts
Description: Pops a single word from the stack (@SP) to the specified dst and decrements the stack pointer
(SP). Additionally, POPI returns the interrupt logic to a state in which it can acknowledge
additional interrupts.

C, E (if dst = PSF)
