NEG Negate Accumulator
Description: Performs a negation (two’s complement) of the active accumulator and returns the result back to
the active accumulator.
Status Flags: S, Z
Operation: Acc ~Acc + 1

Description: Performs a logical-OR between the active accumulator (Acc or A[AP]) and the specified src data.
For the complete list of src specifiers, reference the MOVE instruction.
Because the source is
limited to 8 bits, the PFX[n] register is used to supply the high-byte of data for 16 bit sources.
