changed the MAX limit from 900mVpk to 1100mVpk. For spec “STS-1 Output Pulse

Amplitude, LBO = 1” changed the MIN limit from 580mVpk to 520mVpk and changed

the MAX limit from 800mVpk to 850mVpk.
