USR1x I/O Port status and control. When read, outputs the current status of USR1 port. When defined as
an output, a user port pin will assume the state written to it.

USR1x Port Direction. If a bit is set to 0, the corresponding port pin is an output. If it is a one, the
corresponding port pin is an input. USR10=1, USR11=2, etc.
