4.4.70 S69 – Test Error Count
(Default = 0)
Keeps count of how many errors occur during the self-test.
4.4.71 S70 – Auto Retrain Threshold
(Default = 16)
Forces auto retrain if threshold is below the mean square e rror.
4.4.72 S71 – Originate Mode Fallback Timer
(Default = 6)
0 = The modem does not fall back to Bell103 or V.21.
The modem will fall back after the number of seco nds this register is set to for any number greater than 0.
Range is 0 to 254.
4.4.73 S72 – Pulse Map, Caller-ID, BlackList
(Default = 0)
Bit 1 Bit 0 Tone Dial Digit: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
0 0 Pulse: 10 , 1, 2, 3, 4 , 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
0 1 Pulse: 10 , 9, 8, 7, 6 , 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
1 0 Pulse: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Bit 2 Enable test pins – This option allows the user to control port pins such as CTS, RI, etc.
Bit 3 Enable option to generate Wetting-Pulse by pulsing Hook signal for CID.
Bit 4 Enable option to go Off-Hook for CID (used for Japan).
Bit 5 CID preamble starts with Marks instead of Dots (used for Japan or Type 2 Snoop mode).
Bit 6 Reserved (Used to Disable FSK CID mark/space Twist compensation).
Bit 7 Enable blacklist option.

Bit 0 Enable teletel SEP codes in V.23.
Bit 1 Low Power mode enabled.
Bit 2 Clear to Send Signal Control.
Bit 3 Reserved (Used internally to indicate Fast running Main state).

Bit 5 Enable 125ms delay between ‘AT’ commands.
