INSTALLATIONINSTRUCTIONS
1.Drillaholeinthewall(suitablejustforthe
sizeofthewallconduit),thensetonthe
fittingssuchasthewallconduitandits
cover.
2.Bindtheconnectingpipeandthecables
togethertightlywithbindingtapes.Pass
theboundconnectingpipethroughthe
wallconductfromoutside.Becarefulofthe
pipeallocationtodoondamagetothe
tubing.
3.Connectthepipes.Referto"Howto
Connectthepipes"fordetails.
4.Expeltheairwithavacuumpump.Refer
to"Howtoexpeltheairwithavacuum
pump"fordetails.
5.openthestopvaluesoftheoutdoorunitto
maketherefrigerantpipeconnectingthe
indoorunitwiththeoutdoorunitinfluent
flow.
6.Checktheleakage.Checkallthejoints
withtheleakdetectororsoapwater.
7.Coverthejointsoftheconnectingpipe
withthesoundproof/insulatingsheath
(fittings),andbinditwellwiththetapesto
preventleakage.

CAUTION
Besuretowithinsulatingmaterialscoverall
theexposedpartsoftheflarepipejointsand
refrigerantpipeontheliquid-sideandthe
gas-side.Ensurethatthereisnogapbetween
them.Incompleteinsulationmaycausewater
condensation.
Howtotakeindoorunitaparttoconnect
thepipes
1.Openthefrontpanel
Slidethetwostoppersontheleftandright
sidesinworduntiltheyclick.SeeFig.43-6.
2.Removethefrontpanel
Removethestring.(RefertoFig.43-7).
Allowingthefrontpaneltofallforwardwill
enableyoutoremoveit.
3.Removethefaceplate
Removethefourscrews.(RefertoFig.43-7).
Openingbottomoffaceplateforaangle
thatis30degrees,thenthetopofface
platewillbetakeup.(RefertoFig.43-8)

Installthedrainpipeoftheindoorunit
TheoutlethasPTIscrewbread,Pleaseuse
sealingmaterialsandpipesheath(fitting)
whenconnectingPVCpipes.
Thedrainpipeofindoorunitmustbeheat
insulated,oritwillcondensedew,aswellasthe
connectionsoftheindoorunit.
HardPVCbindermustbeusedforpipe
connection,andmakesurethereisnoleakage.
Withtheconnectionparttotheindoorunit,
pleasebenotednottoimposepressureonthe
sideofindoorunitpipes.
