Maintenance Air filter maintenance Indoor unit maintenance Cut off the power supply Cut off power supply, then approach the indoor unit with a ladder or other safe way. ON Turn off the appliance first before disconnecting from the power supply. OFF Press the button on the air inlet grill with both hands. Wipe with a soft and dry cloth. Use lukewarm water (below 40 ) to clean if the appliance is very dirty. Remove the air inlet grill. Use a dry and soft cloth to clean it.
Maintenance Air filter cleaning Air inlet grill cleaning Cut off power supply, then approach the indoor unit with a ladder or other safe way. Cleaning Remove the dusts from the air filter with a vacuum cleaner. Press the button on the air inlet grill with both hands. Clean it with water and neutral detergent. Remove the air inlet grill. Dry it throughly in a cool and shaded place. Do not put it beside high heat or fire, it may cause aging, deformation or even burning of the plastic parts.
Protection Operating condition Noise pollution The protective device maybe trip and stop the appliance in the cases listed below: Install the air conditioner at a place that can bear its weight in order to operate more quietly. o Outdoor air temperature is over 24 c HEATING o Outdoor air temperature is below -5 c Install the outdoor unit at a place where the air discharged and the operation noise would not annoy your neighbors.
Troubleshooting The following cases may not always be a malfunction, please check it before asking for service. Trouble Analysis If the protector trip or fuse is blown. If the protective device works to protect the appliance. Does not run If batteries in the remote controller exhausted. If the plug is not properly plugged.
Installation instructions Select the installation locations Roof Drain pipe Wall Location for installing indoor unit: Ceiling Where there is no obstacle near the air outlet and air can be easily blown to every corner. H>250mm Where drain pipe can extend t outside of the wall from the ceiling board. It is preferable to have a special draining facility. Keep the required space from the unit to the ceiling, ground and wall as the right figure shown.
Installation instructions Indoor unit installation (Note: Below reference is only applicable to a house made of concrete.) Measure the distance H between the roof surface and the ceiling board ; Make four suspending poles with M10 screw thread on both ends (metric system) as the below figure shown.(processed with 10 pole) L1 H L1 L Value of L and L1 are calculated as below L1=50mm (when H<255mm L1=40mm L=1.
Installation instructions Fix the main unit onto the suspending poles with attached nuts and washer. The nuts on the bottom should turn to about half of the thread length. ( Note: This procedure needs at least 2 persons together.) 8~13mm Adjust the nuts on the bottom of the suspending poles, allow the bottom of the unit 8-13mm higher than that of the ceiling board. (as the above figure shown) Then adjust each corner of the bottom horizontally with a leveling ruler.
Installation instructions Wall hole Drill a wall hole if the pipes and cables through the wall The hole should tilt a little downward as shown below for easy drainage. For cleanness of the wall and tidiness of the piping, install a wall hole sleeve and sleeve cap.
Installation instructions Outdoor unit piping connection Piping preparations Measure the length of pipes according to the location and direction of indoor and outdoor units and the wall hole. Cut the copper tube ( 10 and 16 ) correctly with a pipe cutter. Model apply some chilled machine oil Outer dia 24K 9.53 16 41K 9.53 19 A(mm) 12.0 12.4 18.6 19.0 12.0 12.4 23.5 24.0 Make sure to completely remove the burrs from the cut cross section of pipe/tube.
Installation instructions connecting pipe Small pipe (liquid) Outdoor unit section Large pipe(gas) 1. Remove the high and low pressure valve caps with a wrench. 2. Remove the plastic cover for connecting pipes. 3. Align the pipe and connector with one hand, pre-tighten the flare nut to the connector with another hand. Then tighten it with a wrench.
Installation instructions After air exhaust, check all the joints of indoor and outdoor units with a halogen detector or suds before wrapping to ensure there is no leakage. Adjustment of refrigerant: The refrigerant volume of the models in this manual are based on using 10m connecting pipes. If your connecting pipes are longer than10m, additional refrigerant should be charged according to pipe length(L). Max pipe length(m) 20 Additional refrigerant(Kg) (L-10) 0.
Installation instructions Make sure to keep the indoor part of the drain pipe thermal insulated. Otherwise, the condensate may form and drip own to the ceiling board. When the indoor section of the drain pipe is too long, follow the below methods 1~1.5m Below 700mm Dn15pipe Below 300mm When several unit drains together, follow the below methods Collective drain pipe Electrical work Specifications of cables and cords Model 3 PHASE MODEL(24K) 3 PHASE MODEL(41K) Power supply Power cord Spec.
Installation instructions Do not change the internal wiring optionally. Make sure to fix the wires well. Incomplete connection or fixing of wire could result in a fire.

Installation instructions Trial run Before trial run After installation and piping, cable connection of both indoor and outdoor units complete, check the following items: if the refrigerant leaks; if power supply complies with requirements; If control cables and power cord have been fixed well. Function test Switch on the appliance after the checking. If a "beep" is heard, it basically means the unit works normally, otherwise check it again.
Installation instructions Main unit Front panel Buckle the front panel to the main unit, pay attention to the correct direction of front panel. Two of the buckles hook inside, the other two hook outside. Connect the three connectors of front panel to the main unit, allowing two fan motors and remote control indicating board on the front panel connect to the control PCB of main unit.
Installation instructions Test run 1. Before test run After installation, piping and electrical connection of both indoor and outdoor units complete, check the following items again: if refrigerant leaks. if power supply complies with requirements. If cables and cord has been fixed well. 2.Check the following items during test run: Indoor unit: If the temperature difference between room and the blowing-out air over 8 C after operating for 20 minutes in cooling mode.
