Jumper Name Pins What happens at system reset...
CMOS Clear 1-2
BMC Control: These pins should be jumpered for normal operation.

Force Erase: If these pins are jumpered, the CMOS settings will be
cleared on the next reset. These pins should not be jumpered for normal
operation.
Password Clear
5-6
Protect: These pins should be jumpered for normal operation.
6-7
Erase: If these pins are jumpered, administrator and user passwords
will be cleared on the next reset. These pins should not be jumpered for
normal operation.
Recovery Boot 9-10
Normal Boot: These pins should be jumpered for normal operation.
10-11
Recovery Boot: If these pins are jumpered, the system will attempt to
recover the BIOS by loading the BIOS code into the flash device from a
bootable recovery device. This jumper is typically used when the BIOS
has become corrupted. These pins should not be jumpered for normal
operation.
