Column/Field Description 
PID #  This is the numeric value for the PID, displayed in decimal and hexadecimal in brackets. 
Enabled  These check boxes authorize each individual PID to be demultiplexed by the receiver. Overall, 
the NET Port(s) enabled check box (see above) has to be turned on for these check boxes to 
have any effect. 
Encapsulation  Shows the selected encapsulation form for this PID. Options are MPE or ULE. 
Route to ASI Port  Only with the ASI Port Option (not shown here). See Appendix F for details. 
Description  This is a text description of the PID, as entered when the PID was defined using the Add New 
PID Definition or Edit Selected menu items.

Aside from the Common Menu Items, the following menu items are available: 
Menu Item  Description 
NET PIDs  Selecting this button will always return you back to the Net PID List page, as shown in the 
example in Figure 2- 13. All PIDs currently assigned as type Net will be displayed. 
ASYNC PIDs  Selecting this button will always return you back to the Async PID List, as shown in the example 
in Figure 2- 14. All PIDs currently assigned as type Async will be displayed. 
SYNC PIDs  Selecting this button will always return you back to the Sync PID List, as shown in the example 
in Figure 2- 15. All PIDs currently assigned as type Sync will be displayed. 
Other PIDs  Selecting this button will always return you back to the Other PID List, as shown in the example 
in Figure 2- 16. All PIDs currently assigned as type Other will be displayed. 
MPEG over IP  Selecting this button will always return you back to the MPEGTS PID List, as shown in the 
example in Figure 2- 17. All PIDs currently assigned as type MPEG over IP will be displayed 
ASI Port  Only with ASI Port option, see Appendix F 
Edit Selected  Selecting this button will enter the Edit PID Definition page (see example in Figure 2- 19) for the
