1. Mounting bracket must be attached by certified welder.
2. Do not exceed rated capacity.
3. Lock Trailer Jack in vertical position before applying load.
4. Use on flat, level, hard surface capable of supporting load.
5. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during use.
6. Prevent trailer wheels from moving using wheel chocks while raising or lowering.
7. Before towing, fully raise trailer jack and secure properly in its horizontal position, or remove it.
8. Keep out from under jack and tongue when applying and releasing load, or moving trailer.
9. Inspect before use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
10. Use in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
11. Maintain labels and nameplates on the tool. These carry important safety information.
12. Do not use blocks for additional ground clearance.
13. Apply force to jack vertically only. Side forces will compromise the jack.
14. Do not climb aboard any vehicle supported by jack.
15. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.
16. Follow all state regulations for boat safety and towing when using Trailer Jack, including using
safety chains securely attached to the towing vehicle when the trailer is hooked to the vehicle.
17. Not for aircraft purposes.
18. Trailer Jack must always be in the folded up position (horizontal to ground), or removed, when
towing the trailer.
19. The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover
all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that
common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be
supplied by the operator.
