1.6.3 Uninstalling the CPU heatsink and fan
To uninstall the CPU heatsink and fan:
1. Disconnect the CPU fan cable
fro m the co nnec tor on the
motherboard.
2. R o t a t e e a c h f a s t e n e r
counterclockwise.
3. Pull up two fasteners at a time
i n a d i a g o n a l s e que n c e t o
disengage the heatsink and fan
assembly from the motherboard.
