Problem USB keyboard or mouse doesn’t work

Windows 7/Vista/XP
– Your keyboard, mouse, or USB Human Interface Device (HID) may
not be detected by Windows.

Solution
Make sure the USB connectors on your Extio unit are enabled in Windows Device Manager.
