Cause
If your monitor supports multiple input sources (analog/digital), it may be configured to use
the wrong source.

Solution
Make sure your monitor is using the correct input source. For more information on selecting
the input source for your monitor, see your monitor documentation.

Change your connection setup to use a different input source. For more information, see
“Connecting your Extio unit”, page 11.

Your computer may have re-enabled your built-in graphics hardware.

To disable your built-in graphics hardware and re-enable your interface card:

Connect a monitor to the graphics connector on your computer.

Shut down and unplug your computer. Disconnect all other peripherals from your
