Error codes
This section describes the error codes associated with the setup utility.
Error messages
This section describes the error messages associated with the firmware of your Extio products.
If any of these errors occur, contact your vendor to know which firmware version to use with your
Extio products.
Error code
Description / Possible solution
501 & 502
The setup utility couldn’t identify all the PCI devices in your system.
Try removing or disabling any unused PCI devices in your system.
Try moving your interface card to another PCIe slot.
503
An error occurred while initializing your Extio interface card.
Your interface card may be installed in an unsupported PCIe slot. Try
moving your interface card to another PCIe slot (such as one that
supports graphics hardware).
505
The setup utility has detected too many Extio interface cards in your
system. The maximum number of interface cards supported is two (2).

Header
An error occurred with the setup utility of your Extio product.
Bad EEPROM
Chksum
The firmware of your Extio product may have been corrupted.
Bad EEPROM
Version
Your Exto products have incompatible versions of their firmware.
