Description of LEDs
The LEDs on your Matrox interface card, Extio unit, and Expander unit (if present) provide status
information on your connection setup. The following describes the different LEDs:

Locating the LEDs
Interface card
On your interface card, the TX (transmitter) and
RX (receiver) LEDs are located next to the optical
connector on the card bracket.
Extio unit
On your Extio unit, each optical connector has
one LED. This LED is located on the side of the
optical connector and is visible through the
ventilation holes at the top of your unit. The
power and status LEDs are visible at the front of
the unit.
