If required, change the IP Address and the Subnet of the computer.
You may also connect the LAN port of SETU ATA211 to a computer on LAN. If you connect the LAN port
of SETU ATA211 to a LAN Switch, make sure that the IP Address of LAN port of SETU does not conflict
with the IP Address of any device on the LAN, and SETU ATA211 is in the same Subnet as the LAN
computer.
You may change the IP Address and Subnet Mask of the LAN Port of SETU ATA211 by dialing the
relevant System Commands from the phone connected to the FXS port of SETU ATA211. See the topic
“Configuring using a Phone”.
When installing the system for the first time, you are advised to connect SETU ATA211 to a standalone
computer only.
• Make sure a web-browser, either Internet Explorer Version 7 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or higher, is
installed on the computer.
• Open the browser on the computer.
• Type 192.168.002.006, the default IP address of the LAN port of SETU ATA211, in the address bar of the
browser and press Enter key/click Go.
If you have connected SETU ATA211 to the LAN and have changed the IP Address of the LAN port of
SETU ATA211, enter the current IP Address in the address bar of the browser.
The Login page of Jeeves opens.
You can also use the WAN Port of SETU ATA211 to access the embedded web server in the same
manner.
The default IP Address of the WAN Port of SETU ATA211 is: 192.168.001.171
The default Subnet Mask of the WAN Port of SETU ATA211 is: 255.255.255.0
