Your phone rings, and the IP Address will be displayed on your phone as: 192168001001
To view the WAN Subnet Mask,
Dial 33-#* and go On-hook at the confirmation tone.
Your phone rings and WAN Subnet Mask is displayed as: 255255255000
To view the IP address of LAN port,
Dial 32-#*
Go On-hook at the confirmation tone.
Your phone rings, and the IP Address of the LAN port is displayed as: 192168050001
To view the LAN Subnet Mask,
Dial 34-#* and go On-hook at the confirmation tone.
Your phone rings and the LAN Subnet mask is displayed as: 255255255000
To view the Gateway Address,
Dial 35-#* and go On-hook at the confirmation tone.
Your phone rings and the Gateway Address is displayed as: 192168001254
To view Primary DNS Address,
Dial 36-#* and go On-hook at the confirmation tone.

To view Secondary DNS Address,

To view the Connection Type,

If your connection type is DHCP, the phone will display 001
If your connection type is PPPoE, the phone will display 002
If your connection type is Static, the phone will display 003
To view the registration status of SIP Trunk,
Dial 38-SIP Trunk Number-#* and go On-hook at confirmation tone.
SIP Trunk Number is 1 for SIP Trunk1, 2 for SIP Trunk2 and 3 for SIP Trunk3
Your phone will ring and display one of the following:
001 for Disabled
002 for Registered
003 for Registering, when registration request is sent and the system is waiting for response
004 if the SIP trunk is configured as Peer-to-Peer Trunk.
005 if the registration request has failed, cannot be sent to the server.
Each time you go On-hook to view status of a port or trunk, you must enter the configuration mode again to
view the status of another ports or trunks.
