The original MX4 Small Group Training Course is a workshop that teaches trainers and
coaches how to run a successful, community-building program that challenges cardio,
power, strength and endurance for an intense group exercise experience that burns fat
and builds muscle. Using the Connexus

cardio modalities and the world’s best functional training accessories, course
participants will learn everything they need to reach more members than
traditional group training ever could.
