Tips
Multirate models must use Rate Transition blocks. If your m odel uses
other blocks for rate transitions, building the model generates an error.
Clear the Ensure deterministic data transfer (maximum delay) check
box of the Rate Transition block. Doing so forces the Rate Transition
blocktousethemostrecentdataavailable. This behavior im plies that the
transferred data m ight differ from run to run.
When you select this che ck box, also enable multicore processor support
foryourtargetPC.SelecttheMulticore C PU support check box in the
xPC Target Explorer
Settings node.
For best performance, in the Configuration Param eters dialog box,
set Solver > Tasking m ode for periodic sample times to
Auto or
Multitasking.
For data transfe rs between two different sample rates, consider the
effects of the Solver > Automatically handle rate transition for data
transfer,
