Resize Block Enh

The Resize block
has been improved in three ways:
• You can now resiz
e a particular region of an image if you select the Enable
ROI processing c
heck box.
• The block’s algo
rithm is optimized when the Resize factor in % param eter
is an integer val
ue.
• The block now use
s a different axis for resampling. This change reduces
edge artifacts
and makes the block output more consistent with the output
of the
imresize
function in Image Processing Toolbox.
