3 License Management
Using the Windows Services Control Panel
To start or stop the license manager using the Windows Services control
panel:
1 Click the Start menu.
2 Select Settings.
3 On the Settings menu, select Control Panel.
4 Open the Services control panel. On Windows XP systems, click the
Start button and select Settings. On the Settings menu, select Control
Panel>Administrative Tool8>Services.
5 In the Services control panel, scroll through the list of services and
right-click the MATLAB License Server entry. Select Start or Stop
from the menu.
