1 Standard Installation Procedure
System Requirements
Note For the most up-to-date information about system requirements, go to
the MathWorks Web site (www.mathworks.com) and click Support. On the
Support page, click System Requirements.
General Requirements
• CD-ROM or DVD drive (for installation)
• Some license tjrpes require a license server running FLEXnet 10.8.0.1,
which is provided by the MathWorks Installer.
• TCP/IP is required on all platforms when using a license server.
• An available USB port, for licenses that require a hardware lock.
