Release Notes for R2006b
• Provides MATLAB APIs to analyze and debug code generated automaticaUy
or by hand
• Includes customizable templates for configuring hardware variants,
automating MISRA C-code checking, and controlling the build process
For details, see the product-specific release notes.
MATLAB® Builder for Java™
MATLAB Builder for Java extends the MATLAB Compiler with tools for
automatically generating Java classes from your MATLAB algorithms. You
can run MATLAB based classes created using Builder for Java outside the
MATLAB environment, referencing them the same way as any other Java
class.
Key Features
• Converts MATLAB algorithms into Java classes via a graphical user
interface or the command line
• Supports conversion between Java data types and MATLAB array data
types using data conversion classes
• Enables royalty-free desktop and Web deployment of independent
components
For details, see the product-specific release notes.
SimHydraulics™
Note SimHydraulics 1.0 was released via the Web after R2006a, but before
R2006b.
SimHydraulics extends Simulink with tools for modeling and simulating
hydraulic power and control systems. It enables you to describe multidomain
systems containing connected hydraulic and mechanical components as
physical networks. It provides a representative library of hydraulic
components and building blocks that lets you implement other components.
SimHydraulics can be used for a variety of automotive, aerospace, defense, and
