Representing Data in the GUI
To displays the data properties in the MATL AB Comm and Window, click
Present.
Renaming Data and Changing Display Color
You can rename data and change its display color by double-clicking the data
icon in the System Identification Tool G UI.
The D ata/mo de l Info dialog box opens. This dialog box describes both the
contents and the properties of the data. The object des cription a rea d is play s

TheData/modelInfodialogboxalsoletsyourenamethedatabyenteringa
new name in the Data name field.
You can a lso spec if y a new display color using three RGB va lues in the Color
field. Each value is between
0 to 1 and indicates the relative presence of
red, green, and blue, respectively. For more information about specifying
default data color, see “Customizing the System Identifi cation Tool GUI” on
page 12-21.
Tip AsanalternativetousingthreeRGBvalues,youcanenteranyone of
the followi ng letters in single quotes:
'y' 'r' 'b' 'c' 'g' 'm' 'k'
These strings repre sent y ello w, red, blue, cy a n, green, magenta, and black,
respectively.
