Identifying Data S ets and Models on Plots
You can identify data sets and models on a plot by color: the color of the line
in the data or model icon in the System Identification Tool GUI matches the
line color on the plots.
You can also display data tips for each line on the plot. How you display the
data tip depends on whether the zoom feature is enable d:
• When zoom is enabled, press and hold dow n Shift, and click the desired
curvetodisplaythedatatip.
• When zoom is disabled, click a plot curve and h old down the mouse button
to display the data tip.
For more information about enabling zoom, se e “Magnifying Plots” on page
12-16.
The following figure show s an example of a data tip, which contains the name
of the data set and the coordinates of the data point.
