3 Linear Model Identification
Note You can specify all property-value pairs in pem as a simple,
comma-separated list w ithout worrying about the hierarchy of these
properties in the
idproc model object.

You can use
pem to refine parameter estimates of an existing process m odel,
as described in “Refining Linear Parametric Models” on page 3-103.

Example – Estimating Process Models with Free Parameters
at the Command Line
This example demonstrates how to es timate the parameters of a first-order
process model:
