18 Coverage Collection During Simulation

The decision coverage for the On state tests the decision of which substate to execute.
The three decisions are listed in the report:
• Under Substate executed, which substate to execute when On executes.
• Under Substate exited when parent exited, which substate is active when On
exits. NORM is listed as never being active when On exits because the coverage tool
sees the supertransition from NORM to Off as a transition from On to Off.
