Select Show names entered below as the column headers and s et the
ColumnName by entering Rate, Amount, Available, and F ixed/Adj in Name
group. for the Available and Fixed/Adj columns set the
ColumnEditable
property to on .LastlysettheColumnFormat fo r t he four columns
