Apps for image segmentation and region analysis
The toolbox includes new apps:
• Image Segmenter app
• Image Region Analyzer app
Image Segmenter app
The Image Segmenter app enables you to segment images using the active contours
algorithm. In this app, you first initialize the segmentation by specifying a rough
segmentation or initial condition. When you click Evolve, the app evolves the initial
segmentation, performing the number of iterations you specify, creating a binary mask
